DATA MANAGEMENT MODE
Such data management mode is performed by completely automatic procedures and instruments. We assure you that, by this same mode, we can guarantee that all the information collected and treated by us do not include items that are or refer to sensitive data, according to a.m. Law. Therefore, we confirm that such sensitive data shall be excluded from any direct or indirect treatment, on principle. The data will be stored indefinitely and will be deleted when it loses utility in relation to the purposes of the treatment.

CONSENTMENT OR REFUSAL AND EFFECTS
Naturally you can refuse to transmit us your personal data. But you certainly understand that without them, for the a.m. purposes, it shall be impossible for us to give you all the information and services that you may need or request.

OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DATA
ABE is the exclusive owner of all the data acquired and of their elaboration. The responsible people are the very officials or ABE personnel that shall be dedicated to such collection and management, in relation to their respective sector of competence.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
We inform you that every interested party can exercise the rights foreseen by the law - among which we underline the following:
- the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability
- the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
